For the Brownie Base:

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Prepare the Brownie Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips for added richness.
Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Assemble the Brownies
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, spreading it gently to cover the surface.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer.
- Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the brownie batter into the cheesecake for a marbled effect.
Step 5: Bake the Brownies
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking for fudgy brownies.
