For the Dip
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Step 3: Bake the Dip
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted.
Step 4: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
