For the Dip

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Step 3: Bake the Dip

  1. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
  2. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
