- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Prepare the Chicken
- Butterfly the Chicken: Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff the Chicken: Fill each chicken breast pocket with the broccoli and cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Step 4: Season and Bake
- Season Chicken: Rub the outside of each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake: Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

- Rest and Serve: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
