Blood Orange Ginger Cranberry Mojitos Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh blood orange juice (about 3–4 blood oranges)
• 1/2 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
• 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
• 2 tablespoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• Club soda (to top off)
• Ice cubes
• Blood orange slices (for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mojito Base
1. Muddle Mint and Ginger: In a large pitcher, add the fresh mint leaves and grated ginger. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint and ginger together to release their flavors.
2. Add Juices and Syrup: Pour in the fresh blood orange juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

Step 2: Add Fizz
1. Mix Base: Stir the juice mixture again to make sure everything is combined.

Step 3: Serve
1. Fill Glasses: Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
2. Top with Club Soda: Top each glass with club soda for a fizzy finish. Stir gently to combine.
3. Garnish: Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of blood orange.
