Ingredients

• 12 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Tortellini
1. Boil Tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Beef
1. Heat Oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
2. Brown Beef: Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
