Banana & Nutella Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
• 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup, for sweetness)
• 1 large banana, sliced
• 1/3 cup Nutella
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds, optional)
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
• Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
• Mix Yogurt and Honey: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir until well blended. If desired, add a pinch of salt for extra flavor.

Step 2: Spread the Yogurt
• Line a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
• Spread Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3: Add Toppings
• Add Banana Slices: Evenly distribute the banana slices over the yogurt layer.
• Drizzle Nutella: Using a spoon or a small piping bag, drizzle Nutella over the top of the yogurt and bananas. You can swirl it in lightly with a knife for a marbled effect.
• Sprinkle Nuts and Chocolate Chips: If using, sprinkle the chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips over the top.

Step 4: Freeze
• Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely firm.

Step 5: Break and Serve
• Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly, then break it into pieces.
• Enjoy: Serve immediately or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
