- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Marinade
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Marinate the Salmon
- Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
- Pour the lemon garlic marinade over the salmon, ensuring the fillets are well coated.
Step 4: Bake the Salmon
- Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
Step 5: Serve
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and additional lemon slices if desired.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
