- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh baguette slices or crackers (for serving)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Feta
- Place the block of feta cheese in a small baking dish.
- Spoon the fig jam over the top of the feta cheese, spreading it evenly.
Step 3: Add Toppings
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the fig jam.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top, then sprinkle with fresh thyme, black pepper, and salt.
Step 4: Bake
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the feta is warm and slightly softened.
Step 5: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with fresh baguette slices or crackers for dipping. Enjoy!
