Bailey’s Irish Cream Fudge Recipe

  • Author: I
  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
• 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Optional: Chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans) for added texture

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pan
1. Line the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray.

Step 2: Melt the Ingredients
1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and unsalted butter.
2. Melt Mixture: Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Add Flavorings
1. Mix in Vanilla and Salt: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well combined. If you’re using nuts, fold them in at this stage.

Step 4: Pour and Chill
1. Pour into Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
2. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

Step 5: Cut and Serve
1. Cut into Squares: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares.
2. Serve: Enjoy your Bailey’s Irish Cream Fudge as a delicious treat or gift!
