• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or pecans)
• A pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Baking Dish
1. Line the Dish: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
1. Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Step 3: Add Flavorings
1. Mix in Bailey’s: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Bailey’s Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.
2. Add Nuts: If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
Step 4: Pour and Chill
1. Pour Mixture: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
2. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Step 5: Cut and Serve
1. Remove from Dish: Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper.
2. Cut into Squares: Cut into small squares or rectangles and serve.
