• 1/4 cup milk
• 4 large flour tortillas
• 1 cup lettuce, shredded
• 1 medium tomato, diced
• Pickles (optional, for garnish)
• Ketchup and mustard (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Macaroni
1. Boil Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling
1. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook for another minute.
Step 3: Make the Mac and Cheese
1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
1. Prepare Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
2. Add Filling: Spoon the macaroni and cheeseburger mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
3. Add Toppings: Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles if using.
4. Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
Step 5: Cook the Wraps
1. Heat Skillet: In a skillet over medium heat, place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
