- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking eggs)
- Optional toppings: hot sauce, diced tomatoes, or avocado
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions for the pizza crust (usually around 425°F / 220°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
- Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the crust. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top. Add chopped green onions.
Step 4: Bake
- Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Step 5: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm. Add optional toppings like hot sauce, diced tomatoes, or avocado if desired.
