Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Toast
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the slices of bread in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 3–5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, checking to avoid burning.
Step 2: Prepare the Cottage Cheese Mixture
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Toast
- Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the air fryer and spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on each slice.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the cottage cheese topping. You can add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts or seeds on top for added crunch and nutrition.
