  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or coconut flour)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey for a non-vegan option)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, and maple syrup. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is sticky.

Step 2: Form the Bars

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Transfer the coconut mixture to the prepared baking dish. Press it down firmly and evenly to create a compact layer.

Step 3: Chill and Cut

  1. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
  2. Once set, remove from the dish using the parchment paper. Cut into bars or squares as desired.
